2023 Senior Membership of Cheadle Hulme Cricket Club

Cheadle Hulme Cricket Club, Manchester Rugby Football Club and Grove Park Squash incorporated in 2022 and is now known as Grove Park Sports Ltd.

All adult members will become £1 shareholders of Grove Park Sports Ltd.

Due to this our membership structure has had to change to incorporate an adult subscription to Grove Park Sports Ltd.

Please select either annual or monthly to suit your circumstances

1st/2nd XI Membership – £200 or 3 monthly payments of £67 per month via Stripe subscription

3rd/4th XI Membership – £175 or 3 monthly payments of £60 per month via Stripe subscription

Section 3 - Disability

We will use this information for statistical purposes as well as to establish if there are any additional needs / support / adjustments that you may require, please discuss this with us.

Section 4 - Medical Information

Please detail below any important medical information that our club volunteers need to know and which would be affected by your participation in cricket activities. Such as: allergies; medical conditions (for example- epilepsy, asthma, and so on); current medication; special dietary requirements, any additional needs, and/or any injuries. Please indicate if you would like to discuss this privately with us.

I consent to my medical details to be shared with coaches/leaders for the purposes of the delivery of my safe participation in the cricket club activity. Not providing consent will not affect your membership to the Club, however giving us consent to share this information will help club volunteers to know how to respond effectively in the case of any medical emergency.

Section 6 - Club Photography / Video Consent

If you do not wish to give consent for this please contact us to discuss how we can manage any potential photography. Not giving consent will not affect your membership of the club.
