Cheadle Hulme Cricket Club has been at the heart of the local community for over 130 years. We are one of the most successful clubs in the last 40 years of Cheshire cricket with seven Championships to our name!

We have five senior teams playing in the Cheshire League Pyramid: four at the weekend – 1st XI, 2nd XI and 3rd XI on a Saturday, and a 4th XI on a Sunday; also an over 40s XI that play on a Wednesday.

We have four junior teams for youngsters of primary and secondary school age. We are proud to say for the first time in 2018 our junior section also featured a girls’ team!

We run nationally coordinated development programmes in conjunction with both the Cheshire, and England and Wales Cricket Board (Chance 2 Shine and All Stars Cricket) for prospective junior players where we partner local primary schools to introduce children to the fun and skills of cricket.

In 2018 we commenced a relationship with the Cheshire Cobras who are a visually impaired cricket team. This involved a game of cricket where our players tried on various simulation glasses to help raise awareness of the various visual impairments, it was also a great social occasion and was enjoyed by both teams. The eagerly anticipated rematch occurs in April!
